This questionnaire is designed to help coaches, teammates, and parents get to know each player a little better. It will be used to create your child’s bio page on the Pittsburgh Emprors website.
Please take a few minutes to sit down with your child, ask them each question, and write down their answers in their own words. Have fun with it—this is a great way to capture their personality, interests, and love for the game!
