Coach Will has been on the ice since age three and brings collegiate playing experience to his first season with the Emperors. He loves sharing his passion for hockey and seeing kids light up as they learn the game. Originally from Buffalo, he now works as a project engineer and enjoys golfing and spending time with family and friends. His advice to young players: Don’t be afraid to make mistakes—mistakes take you places perfection never will.
