Coach Timothy McCune brings two seasons of experience with the Emperors and a lifelong love of hockey. Born in Los Angeles and raised in Pittsburgh, he enjoys coaching kids and seeing the joy the game brings them. Outside of hockey, Timothy is a volunteer firefighter, nonprofit president, web designer, Lyft driver, and home health aide. He loves playing video games and spending time with his two children, Alexander and Brandon, who also play on the team. His advice to young players: Express yourself, keep your head up, and keep on truckin’.
Years Coaching Hockey: 2
I played or 2 years when I was around 11 and 12 years old, and Joined the Emperors in 2024/Sept. And loving every bit of it
Coaching these kids brings me tremendous joy, and I can only hope that I make them smile in return. I truly hope that they and their families know how much happiness they bring me by allowing me the opportunity to coach them.
